1. Returns

  • For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided packaging is intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours (via WhatsApp/email).
  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in case of:
    • Out-of-stock product after payment.
    • Damaged/defective product (if replacement not possible).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery if visibly damaged.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in account blocking.
